RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
Due to the fact that our products are "made-to-order", we cannot accept returns. Once an order is placed, the process of creating your order begins immediately. If you receive the wrong size or product, please contact us. Under the circumstance that a refund is necessary, you will receive a full refund as store credit when the items are returned to the sender.
At TDX LLC, our customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we offer refunds and replacement of damaged or defective products/items that you have previously purchased from us.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your right and understand the requirement for the return and refund of the product.
Return and Refund
TDX LLC offers returns and refunds of items purchased according to the provision of the law. If the product you purchased from us is damaged, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
At TDX, Customers are subject to a Non-Refundable deposited fee on all custom work and rush order fees when applicable for all services provided such i.e., made-to-order individual/bulk or wholesale tie-dye, DTG Printing, Screen Print, and Embroidery orders/jobs.
Refunds
TDX LLC offers refunds for all products that are not custom-made or personalized and you are eligible for a refund provided that:

The product is returned in its original packaging.

The product remains sealed and unused.

The product must not be damaged or broken at the time of return.

The product will be returned with the receipt issued for its purchase.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding other provision of this policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refund if

You received what you ordered, but simply change your mind about the product.

You misused or mishandled the product in such a way that caused damage to the product.

You are aware or notified of the problem/defect with the product before making the purchase.

You did not like your product purchased or realize you had no use for it.

The item purchased has been customized or personalized in some way by request of the customer/client.

If the client/customer returns an eligible product for refund 14 days after the return/refund approval, the refund will be refused.
RETURN POLICY FOR PRE-MADE INVENTORY (READY TO SHIP/PRINT):
All pre-made items are subject to exchange if there is a defect in the garment itself (or incorrect sizing), all items being returned must be returned unworn and unaltered. returns must be reported within 14 days of receiving their order. due to the fact, that no item is the same as the next and each item is fully custom if a return is initiated customers can opt for a store credit or an exchange for another item with the same or similar price.
TDX RETURN/REFUND POLICIES FOR CUSTOM/MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:
At TDX we take pride in all Products that we produce, and our priority is to ensure the happiness of our customers and that they love their custom-made items. All handmade/crafted items that are personalized with your custom-requested colors, personal information, logo(s), or custom-printed design(s) are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you will be required to contact the customer service/orders department via email at support@tiedyexpressions.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) with a picture of the defect or damage. After review, you will be contacted to discuss the options for repair or replacement if it is determined that the reported defect or damage existed at the time of manufacture. For custom or personalized orders, we will send a custom quote as well as a proof or mockup that requires the customers' approval prior to the production process. Due to the fact that we work closely with each customer during the quoting, designing, and proofing process any claims that their customized item(s) are deemed incorrectly produced or designed will not be returned/refundable. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, will not be eligible for return/refund/exchange.

GRAPHIC DESIGNS:
There is a designing fee for all custom graphic design requests and a 25% deposit is required before the design will be started.
Note: Any order that is over $500.00 requires a 50% or more deposit, prior to the start of the order.
